You may be eligible for an open work permit extension if you meet all of the following criteria:
You don’t need a new Quebec Notice of Intent to Select to extend your work permit under this program.
You need to meet all of the above criteria to be eligible for this open work permit.

How to fill out the IMM 5710 form
- Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada [IMM 5710] (opens in a new tab)
Under Details of intended work in Canada, fill in the information as follows:
- Question 1: What type of work permit are you applying for?
- Answer: Choose “Open Work Permit”.
- Question 4: My occupation in Canada will be:
- Answer: Write “T10 Quebec Investors” in the Job Title box.
