Other chemical substances of interest

Environment and Climate Change Canada and Health Canada are managing substances under Chemicals Management Plan (CMP) initiatives such as the Challenge, the Rapid Screening Approach and the Petroleum Sector Stream Approach.

The Government of Canada is also taking action on substances outside of the CMP. These initiatives include conducting State of the Science reports, risk assessments and regulations on certain substances.
