The processing time for a special or diplomatic passports is 15 business days.

The processing times for foreign visas is added to the 15 business days it takes to get a special or diplomatic passport. It can take between 3 and 45 days depending on the country. We have no control over the time it takes another country to process a visa and can’t influence those processing times.
