There are rules in place to obtain and maintain a controlled substance licence in Canada. Health Canada conducts inspections to ensure that you follow the regulatory requirements and the terms and conditions of your licence.
We take the most appropriate compliance and enforcement action if you do not meet legislative or regulatory requirements to maintain your licence. This can include revoking your licence.
