Online form to report labour issues related to the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA)

The purpose of this online form is for individuals and/or organizations to provide information on labour issues in Mexico and the United States, such as:
- collective bargaining
- freedom of association
- forced labour
- child labour
- discrimination
- wages
- overtime, and
- safety and health, among others
The information you provide will help us better understand and address labour issues related to CUSMA.
