The DND employee and CAF member experience can be significantly impacted by misconduct in the workplace. DND/CAF takes all forms of misconduct seriously; the organization is committed to supporting those affected by incidents of misconduct and is working to build a culture that helps prevent incidents from occurring in the first place. The Department of National Defence and Canadian Forces Code of Values and Ethics establishes the principles, values and expected behaviours of both DND public service employees and CAF members.
