To apply, create an account in the Online Application and Intake System (ONAIS). Consult the ONAIS system user guide to find more information on how to create an account. It also explains how to complete, submit, and track an application. We recommend you review this information before you apply to each call for proposals. There are instances where we will request more information. For example, this time we ask that you add information in your answer to the mandate question.

Reminders:
- Funded projects should aim to start no earlier than summer 2023 and must end by March 31, 2026.
- Organizations can only apply once for this call for proposals.
- You cannot apply to scale promising practices that are part of an unfinished project.
