4. Apply

To apply, create an account in the Online Application and Intake System (ONAIS). Consult the ONAIS system user guide to find more information on how to create an account. The guide also explains how to complete, submit and track an application. We recommend you review this information before you apply to each call for proposals. There are instances where we will request more information. For example, this time we ask that you add information for your answer to the mandate question.

If you experience technical difficulties, send an email to technical support. We will make every effort to respond to your email within two business days.

Reminders:

• Funded projects should aim to start no earlier than October 2023 and must end by March 31, 2026
• Organizations can only apply to this call for proposals once. This also means that you can only apply to one stream

The deadline for completed applications is May 9, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time. We will not assess applications submitted after this deadline.
