2024 Public Service Employee Survey Results
The survey measured federal government employees’ opinions about their engagement, leadership, workforce, workplace, workplace well-being and compensation. 186,635 employees in 93 federal departments and agencies responded to the 2024 Public Service Employee Survey, for a response rate of 50.5%.
