Customize call handling and forwarding

To customize your call handling and forwarding settings go to Calls, click Don’t forward in the bottom-left corner and select More Settings.

Next, click Call handling and forwarding. From here, you can enable the Forward all calls feature, as well as customize your ringtone and how softphone manages your incoming calls.
