RC7246 Notice of Revocation of Waiver for Certain Selected Listed Financial Institutions (subsection 298(8) of the Excise Tax Act and section 25.3 of the Tax Administration Act)

As a selected listed financial institution (SLFI) for QST purposes, you can use this form to revoke, pursuant to subsection 298(8) of the Excise Tax Act (ETA) and section 25.3 of Quebec's Tax Administration Act (TAA), a waiver previously filed in respect of the period for assessment.
