Who can apply

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to apply:

• Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
• Be proficient in both official languages for positions in the National Capital Region (NCR), Quebec Region and some Maritime regions
  • if you are scheduled for second language testing, you will be assessed in reading, writing and oral proficiency
  • to be considered for a position in the NCR, Quebec Region and some Maritime regions, you must test at a minimum level of B in each language proficiency
• Have an undergraduate university degree
  • if you are in your final year of studies, we encourage you to apply
