Hiring Indigenous talent
Hire from the Government of Canada’s pools and inventories listed below; and don’t forget to select “Aboriginal peoples” in the employment equity section.
Ask your HR advisor about Indigenous hiring initiatives at your department or agency.
Inuksugait Resume Inventory
The Inuksugait Resume Inventory is a hiring initiative designed in partnership with the Public Service Commission of Canada and Pilimmaksaivik (Federal Centre of Excellence for Inuit Employment in Nunavut) to help federal departments and agencies meet their obligations under Article 23 of the Nunavut Agreement (PDF, 3.4 MB).
