Guidelines for Congenital Anomalies Surveillance and Reporting to CCASS

The Maternal, Child and Youth Health Unit, PHAC, and the Canadian Congenital Anomalies Surveillance Network have prepared guidelines to assist the provinces and territories in the development of their own surveillance systems and in reporting to the national system.
