Accountability is fundamental to public service excellence. Strengthening both formal accountabilities and individual accountability have been a central focus of the federal public service’s work.

Public servants continue to shape federal public service culture by strengthening representation and contributing to workplaces grounded in reconciliation, anti-racism, accessibility, diversity and inclusion.
