Crisis in Gaza: Fee refunds

We’re refunding temporary resident visa (TRV) application fees and biometrics fees for eligible Palestinian nationals and their immediate family members. 

Who is eligible for a refund

You’re eligible for a fee refund if you applied for a TRV under the Gaza special measures for extended family members between January 9, 2024, and when the cap was reached on March 6, 2025.

How to get a refund

If you’re eligible for a refund, you don’t need to do anything to get it. We’ll automatically refund the fees you paid.

How you’ll be refunded

We’ll issue the refund to the credit card that was used to pay for the application.

Refunds will be processed based on when the application was made.
