- issuing unique reference codes
- accepting new applications under these measures

Scammers may use fake phone numbers that look like ours to ask you for money. These are not agents or consultants acting on our behalf.
We’ll never ask you for payment by telephone. If someone claiming to be from IRCC requests payment this way, it's a scam!

If you submitted a TRV application under these measures
We’re processing submitted TRV applications in the order we received them.
- If you submitted a TRV application before all spaces were filled, we’ll continue to process it under the special measures.
- If you submitted a TRV application but there were no more spaces available, we’ll email you about your application. Make sure you check your email regularly, including your junk or spam folders.
Fee refunds
We’re refunding temporary resident visa application fees and biometrics fees for eligible Palestinian nationals and their family members who applied to come to Canada under the Gaza special measures for extended family.

If you requested a unique reference code through our crisis web form, but you didn’t submit a TRV application
Requesting a unique code is not the same as submitting a TRV application.
We’re no longer accepting new TRV applications under these measures. If you did not submit a TRV application before all available spaces were filled, you won’t be able to submit one under these measures.
