Program delivery update: Pathway to permanent residence - Family reunification for Ukrainian nationals

To support family reunification for those affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, this new temporary public policy will facilitate granting permanent residence to certain Ukrainian nationals currently in Canada and who have family in Canada who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. It will also facilitate the issuance of permanent resident visas to their eligible family members outside Canada.
Eligible applicants have until October 22, 2024, to submit their application for a permanent resident visa.
