Ministerial Instructions 66 (MI66): Ministerial instructions for the submission of online applications for permanent resident visas and other documents
New Ministerial Instructions have come into force requiring that applications for permanent resident visas, permanent resident status and sponsorship applications under various immigration streams be submitted electronically. These Instructions replace those that came into effect on September 23, 2023 (MI61).
