You can generally expect to find a range of contraception and diabetes products available at the pharmacy counter for free. You'll need a valid prescription for many of them.

Only provinces or territories that have reached an agreement with the federal government are listed. If your province or territory isn't listed, contact your provincial or territorial health ministry for information about public prescription drug coverage in your area.
