What’s covered by national pharmacare
Pharmacare covers a range of birth control options and diabetes medications. It only covers the costs of listed products and medications, including the dispensing fee. It won't cover any applicable:
- delivery fees
- pharmacist prescribing fees
Only provinces or territories that have reached an agreement with the federal government are listed. If your province or territory isn't listed, contact your provincial or territorial health ministry for information about public prescription drug coverage in your area.
