Health Canada’s Employee Assistance Services offers workplace wellness solutions to help federal organizations create healthy, safe and inclusive work environments for their employees.
We offer culturally competent services that meet the diverse needs of our clients, including:
- mental health support through a 24-hour employee assistance program (EAP)
- trauma management support and extended counselling
- organizational support after a crisis or an incident
- wellness training and workshops
- help with resolving workplace disputes
- violence and harassment prevention support
- workplace assessments and recommendations
