What you can do to help
You may see or receive marketing materials for a drug or medical device. You can help us identify and report any suspected illegal marketing by reporting a complaint:
Your identity is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act.
The complaint process
Once you submit a complaint, we:
- send an acknowledgment letter with a reference number to you
- assess the complaint to confirm if the marketing materials at issue comply with the applicable laws
- prioritize and take appropriate action where non-compliance is found based on the type and degree of risk it may pose
