The Ministerial Reliance Order: Is my drug eligible, how to apply
Drug submissions must meet certain requirements to be eligible for deeming through the Ministerial Reliance Order (the Order).
We have created a tool to help you find out if you may want to seek deeming under the Order. This tool contains a series of questions that will help you become familiar with the requirements under the Order. It is intended to help you identify some of the key requirements for the different deeming options that may be available.
