About the Digital Government Community Awards
The Digital Government Community Awards recognize excellence in delivering results for Canadians through digital tools and practices. They focus on high-impact initiatives, exceptional contributions and best practices in implementing Government of Canada digital priorities.
The awards are open to public servants in the Government of Canada, including those in indeterminate, term, casual and student positions.
Categories
There are six award categories: five team awards and one individual award.
Nominations
All federal public servants are invited to recognize colleagues from across the Government of Canada digital community.
Eligibility, award criteria, submission guidelines and nomination forms are available on Digital Government Community Awards (accessible only on the Government of Canada network).
Nominations for the 2026 Awards are now closed.
Awards ceremony
Winners will be notified by mid-April 2026, before the awards gala.
The awards will be presented on , at the TBS/DPI Digital Government Community Awards Gala.
