3. Trustee/receiver registration

To register for use of the online Trustee/Receiver Information Form, please complete the WEPP trustee/receiver authentication form. This speeds up the exchange of information with Service Canada. You need only register once to use the online system. In the event of a registration failure, Service Canada will contact you.

You are required to use your firm’s corporate license number rather than their individual license number to submit TIFs, unless you do not work for a corporate firm.

Once you submit the authentication form a Service Canada agent will contact you to confirm your firm’s corporate license number, email address and contact name.

After your information has been validated, Service Canada will email you a Terms and conditions of use form. You must complete and sign the form and return it to Service Canada by mail, email or fax.

Service Canada will then email you a secure link to the TIF. The form will be sent to the email address you provided on the Terms and conditions form.
