Important Note
Service Canada no longer accepts Records of Employment (ROEs) submitted with the following specifications. As of September 1, 2016, employers must use Version 2.0 of the XML File Layout to submit their ROEs to Service Canada if they choose to send them by Payroll Extract Files.
