Accessibility

The Department of National Defence Accessibility Plan outlines DND/CAF's ongoing steps to create a barrier-free public service and an accessible workplace for all. DND/CAF makes this commitment in accordance with the Government of Canada's priorities for diversity and inclusion, as well as the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), which aims to identify and remove barriers affecting Persons with Disabilities and functional limitations, be they visible or invisible, and to increase inclusion and participation.

An accessible workplace contributes to a positive employee and member experience and enables a culture of belonging at DND/CAF.
