About HSC Halifax
The HSC Halifax manages homes located in 2 main areas: Shearwater, which is located in the Eastern Passage area of Dartmouth; and Windsor Park, which is located in Halifax.

Information about the RHUs in Halifax
The shelter charges listed below don't include utility charges. For those units that are individually metered for utilities (heating, electricity, water, sewage), you will pay consumption charges directly to the supplier. For those units that are not individually metered, the utility charges are added to the shelter charges listed below.

Windsor Park
The 2024/2025 Windsor Park apartment shelter charges including non-metered utilities for heat and water/sewage are as follows: One (1) bedroom - $1,153; Two (2) bedrooms - $1,112 to $1,295; Three (3) bedrooms - $1,211; and Four (4) bedrooms - $1,469.
