Applying for military housing
Fill in your application form for military housing.
Repair or maintenance request
Submit a request for maintenance/repairs to your DND home.
Non-dependants update request
This form is used exclusively to declare non-dependants residing with the Occupant and update their contact information.
Extended absence from residential housing unit
Going away? Inform CFHA of a contact person we can reach while you are away in case of emergency.
Notice to Vacate
Moving out? Submit your notice of intent to vacate from your residential housing unit (RHU) or garage not linked to an RHU at least 30 days prior to your move-out day.
