Workplace harassment and violence prevention training

Defence Team members are required to complete the following mandatory training related to theprevention of workplace harassment and violence.

All Defence Team members

• Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention (WMT101) available through the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) and must be completed within the first 3 months of employment and at least once every three years.

Defence Team Chain of Command, Managers, Workplace Health and Safety Committee members, Health and Safety representatives, and CAF Safety Committee

In addition to WMT101:

• Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace for Managers and Health and Safety Committees (WMT102)

Designated Recipients appointed by the WHVP policy’s functional authority

All of the above training and:

• Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace for Designated Recipients (WMT103)
