How to enrol

As an importer doing business with the CBSA, you must ensure your business is first registered in the CARM client portal before you enrol for to a CBSA program or RPP.

The business account manager can enrol the business for CSBA programs at the same time as they register the business in the CARM Client Portal. They can also opt to enrol in these programs at a later time in the CARM Client Portal.

Customs brokers cannot register their client’s business on their behalf, nor enrol them for programs.
