Accelerated adjudication process
An accelerated adjudication process is a recourse mechanism administered by the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB). It helps to resolve severe impacts claims decisions caused by the Phoenix pay system that got denied and referred to the FPSLREB without resorting to a full hearing process. Individual covered by the 2019 or the 2020 Phoenix damages agreements can contact their union to refer a grievance to the FPSLREB for accelerated adjudication.
