Updated rates of pay for employees in the LC group

The purpose of this information notice is to announce that further to the recent signing of the collective agreement for the Law Practitioner (LP) group, the Treasury Board has approved revised rates of pay for unrepresented employees of the Law Management (LC) group.

These updated rates will soon be available on the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Rates of pay for certain excluded and unrepresented groups and levels web page.

Any questions regarding the above should be directed to your organization’s Corporate Labour Relations or Corporate Compensation representatives, who, if required, will direct their questions to the interpretations team within the Employee Relations and Total Compensation sector using the designated form.
