The Union of Environment Workers Component of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) - Change to Membership Dues - January 2009

The Union of Environment Workers Component of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has advised us that they have adopted a percentage dues formula. This change came into effect on January 1, 2009.

The current rate is 0.5958%.

This adjustment will be made automatically. No departmental input will be required.

Please note that this new formula and rate apply to all employees who are currently paying Union of Environment Workers Component membership dues and are covered by a collective agreement between the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and the PSAC.

Departmental Compensation and Labour Relations managers should direct any questions to their appropriate corporate officials who, if need be, can contact the Pay Administration Section.

Any employee enquiries regarding this membership dues change are to be directed to their respective PSAC Component.
