Rates of Pay and Modifications to Terms and Conditions of Employment for Unrepresented / Excluded Employees - LC, DS 7A 7B, 08 and PM-MCO-4.

Sunject: Rates of Pay and Modifications to Terms and Conditions of Employment for Unrepresented / Excluded Employees of the Law Management Group, Defense Scientific Service Group (levels 7A, B and 8) and Program Administration – Mediation Conciliation Sub Group (Sector 4)

I am pleased to announce that the Treasury Board has approved new rates of pay for unrepresented/excluded employees in the Law Management (LC) Group, Defense Scientific Service Group (levels 7A, B and 8) and Program Administration – Mediation Conciliation Sub Group (PM-MCO) (Sector 4).

In addition to the revisions to the rates of pay, employees in the LC group will receive an additional annual personal leave day effective .

The attached appendix provides the rates of pay for these unrepresented/excluded positions.

The new rates of pay will be available on the TBS Website in the near future.

The salary revisions for these groups will be processed once salary revisions for the majority of represented employees in the core public administration have been actioned in the pay system. Further information on timing for the processing of increases to the base pay for senior levels will be communicated in due course.
