Law (LA) Group - Carry-Over of Vacation Leave

The purpose of this bulletin is to advise departments of an error in the Law (LA) collective agreement related to the maximum quantum of vacation leave carry-over for lawyers.
Clauses 17.08 a) and 17.08 b) in the agreement expiring May 9, 2011 currently stipulate the maximum available carry-over to be one hundred and eighty-seven decimal five (187.5) hours. The maximum available carry-over for the LA group clauses 17.08 a) and 17.08 b) should read two hundred and sixty-two decimal five (262.5) hours. Please advise your managers accordingly.
