Compensatory Leave Cash-out on September 30th

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide direction regarding the compensatory leave cash out on .

This is to advise departments that compensatory leave earned during the previous fiscal year and outstanding on September 30th of this year, will not be automatically cashed-out as it would normally be, unless requested by the employee. This applies to collective agreements where this provision exists.
