This information notice is to advise you that the Form TBS-SCT 300-0074 entitled “Request for payment to Audit Committee Members appointed by Treasury Board” is now available on the Treasury Board Secretariat Web site at the following address: /tbsf-fsct/300-0074-eng.asp. This form has been prepared for the purpose of processing the payments claimed by the audit committee members appointed by Treasury Board.
The department’s Audit and Evaluation Section will be responsible for the preparation of the form. Prior to submitting to the Compensation Services Unit, the Audit and Evaluation section will ensure that the form is completed correctly and that payments are made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Appointment for Audit Committee Members and as specified in the individual’s appointment order.
The Compensation Services Unit will be responsible to initiate the pay transaction as approved and certified pursuant to Section 34 of the Financial Administration Act. A copy of the form should be retained in the individual’s personal pay file.
Departmental compensation managers should direct any questions to their appropriate corporate compensation officials who, if need be, can contact the Pay Administration Section.
