New Pensioners’ Dental Services Plan contribution rates effective April 1, 2025

To: Compensation Managers, Heads of Human Resources, Participating Separate Employers and Pension System Administrators

The purpose of this notice is to inform Pensioners’ Dental Services Plan (PDSP) members, employers participating in the PDSP and retiring personnel that new PDSP contribution rates will come into effect on . These changes follow a rate analysis conducted to ensure the Plan’s continued sustainability.

The new monthly rates can be found on the Pensioners’ Dental Services Plan contribution rates page.

Pension system administrators have been advised of these changes to ensure the necessary programming is complete for the March 2025 pension payment for April 2025 coverage.

Reminder: The portion of the PDSP contribution rate paid by the Employer is a taxable benefit for members residing in Quebec.
