[0:00:04] The past year has highlighted a truth that Canadians know very well:

[0:00:09] An accessible, timely and fair tax administration is essential to public trust.
[0:00:15] Our tax system is based on voluntary filing.

[0:00:40] This reality is at the heart of our mandate, and it guided our work throughout 2025 and 2026.
