Serving Government website
SSC’s extranet site, Serving Government, is the central site for the IT products and services we provide to our partners.
At this booth, SSC will demonstrate a new portal feature that will change the way we engage with our partners. This new portal will provide convenient access to unique departmental reports, including active services with SSC, and a wide array of key information.
Once launched, the portal will be equipped with an authentication tool so that partner departments can seamlessly access vital information and reports in a secure manner. This will enable them to effectively follow up on business and incident requests and stay up to date with the latest information.
Additionally, partners will have the opportunity to view targeted communications, such as those tagged to be of particular interest to their organization. Authorized users will be able to view Infrastructure Change Notifications (ICN) that have impacted their organization through the new portal. Those who currently receive ICN emails will continue to receive ICNs via email and directly within the platform.
