Using this mobile device on wheels and its remote assistance capabilities, SSC’s Accommodations team can efficiently do health and safety inspections of workspaces, support and engage employees in offices across Canada, and offer SSC executives the opportunity to engage with team members in other locations, all with just a click of their mouse. No matter where they are located, users who connect to the iSupportRover will be able to see the premises, answer questions and provide assistance.
The virtual presence provided by SSC’s iSupportRover makes us feel as if our colleagues in a different location are in the same room, thereby enhancing collaboration and reducing travel expenses.
