Environment and Climate Change Canada sought feedback on the proposed Oil and Gas Sector Greenhouse Gas Emissions Cap Regulations (proposed Regulations) using the online commenting feature of the Canada Gazette.

From November 9, 2024 to January 8, 2025, interested parties were also encouraged to provide feedback on the draft Quantification Methods for the Oil and Gas Sector Greenhouse Gas Emissions Cap Regulations (draft for consultation) by sending comments to PlanPetrolieretGazier-OilandGasPlan@ec.gc.ca.
