Please note this email account is monitored Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, except on national and statutory holidays, or in very exceptional circumstances.

To facilitate a prompt response, we recommend that you send an email request that includes the following information:

• The subject of your inquiry and any specific questions for CSIS;
• The name of the media outlet you represent (or the intended outlet of publication if you are a freelance journalist); and
• Your deadline or the date and time of publication or broadcast.
