Access to Information and Privacy - Requests
To make an Access to Information and Privacy request to the Secretariat of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians, you may complete a request via email or send a letter requesting information in writing to the Secretariat’s mailing address.
Please note that as per section 16.6 of the Access to Information Act and section 22.4 of the Privacy Act, the Secretariat of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians shall refuse to disclose any record requested that contains information obtained or created by it or on its behalf in the course of assisting the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians in fulfilling its mandate.
