Delegation of powers, duties, and functions of the Commissioner of Revenue

The following Acts administered by the Canada Revenue Agency contain provisions vesting powers in the Commissioner of Revenue. The Commissioner may delegate these powers to designated officials.

These officials are authorized to exercise powers or perform duties and functions of the Commissioner of Revenue through administrative delegation instruments signed by the Commissioner.
