• Fraser Valley and Interior – For services performed in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
• Northern Ontario – For services performed in Ontario, the Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories
• Western Quebec – For services performed in Quebec, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador

What information to include with your fax

Include the following information on your fax cover sheet so that your document gets routed correctly and without delays.

• The name of the tax services office that serves your area
• The name of the Canada Revenue Agency employee (if you have it)
• The name of your business
• Your business number

Our services

The film services units administer and provide access to all programs dealing with film production that are under the responsibility of the Canada Revenue Agency.

This includes dealing with tax matters related to the federal tax credit program for Canadian productions, and the federal tax credit program for production services rendered in Canada for Canadian or foreign productions.

The film services units serve as a gateway to other services specific to the film industry, such as non-resident actors and behind-the-scenes personnel who provide services in Canada, customs, and the GST/HST.
