Where can you find your RRSP deduction limit

References to registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) contributions also include contributions to your pooled registered pension plan (PRPP) and to your and your spouse’s or common-law partner’s specified pension plan (SPP). You can find your RRSP deduction limit by going to:

  • Form T1028, Your RRSP Information for 2025:
    • The CRA may send you Form T1028 if there are any changes to your RRSP deduction limit since your last notice of assessment or reassessment, or if the RRSP deduction limit statement was not included on your notice. As well, you may be receiving a Form T1028 because you participated in the Home Buyer’s Plan (HBP) or the Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP).

You can also get your RRSP deduction limit by using our automated phone services.

Note

Future assessments or reassessments may change the information found in the calculation of the RRSP deduction limit statement.
