How to pay

To make your GST/HST instalment payments, use Form RC160, Remittance Voucher – Interim Payments. This form is only available in a personalized and printed format. You still have to make your payment by the due date even if you do not receive your remittance form on time. To order Form RC160, go to Order remittance vouchers or payment forms.

To make instalment payments online, you may use your bank or credit union’s online banking site or mobile banking app. You do not need a remittance voucher to pay online. For more information, go to Pay online with your bank or credit union.

Another way to make instalment payments online is to use My Payment. This secure electronic service allows you to make payments directly to the CRA from a participating Canadian bank or credit union using your bank access card (Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard).

You may schedule pre-authorized debits from your Canadian chequing account on specific dates. To authorize this agreement, use your CRA account.
